Delete your account

The fastest way is inside the app: Profile → Delete account. Your profile, photos, messages, taps and sign-in are removed immediately and cannot be recovered.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, send the request below from the email address you signed up with, or the email linked to your Apple or Google account. We verify it and delete the account within 7 days, then confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Profile, photos (including private album), location, taps, blocks, device tokens: immediately.
• Messages: immediately from both sides of every conversation.
• Reports you filed or that were filed about you: kept for up to 12 months for safety records, without your profile attached.
• Crash and analytics events: expire within 90 days.
