Terms of service
1. Who can use Gadius
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You must give your real birthdate. One account per person.
2. Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your sign-in method secure. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile tab; everything is removed immediately.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us a licence to store, screen and show it to other users as the app does. Public photos are screened automatically; anything that fails is not shown. You confirm you have the right to share every photo you upload and that everyone in it is an adult who agreed.
4. Conduct
The community guidelines are part of these terms. In short: be honest about who you are, no harassment, no illegal content, no solicitation, no minors, no impersonation. We may remove content or accounts that break them, with or without notice, and we act on reports within 24 hours.
5. Safety
We do not run background checks. Meet in public places, tell someone where you are going, and report anyone who makes you uncomfortable. Block and report are on every profile.
6. Paid features
Optional subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google under their terms and can be cancelled in your device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled by the store.
7. The service
Gadius is provided as is. We may change or discontinue features. We are not liable for the conduct of other users, or for loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending this agreement
You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts there, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
